How to Delete Your Account
There may come a time when you no longer require your Virbela account. We wish you well and encourage you to check back in again sometime to see how much we’ve grown since you left!
You can delete your account through an interface on the Open Campus. Please see this article on the login procedure. You can also navigate directly to app.virbela.com/profile and sign in with the account you want to delete, using the same credentials you use to sign in to the app. Note: If you choose this second option, please proceed to step 4.
Once signed in, click your name in the upper left corner of the screen, then select Profile.
This will take you to a website in a new tab in your default browser to app.virbela.com/profile. In the bottom right corner of this screen, please click the button labeled Delete Account.
You will receive a pop-up notification confirming your request. Please be sure that you are signed in to app.virbela.com with the account you want to delete, and, if you’re 100% sure, click Confirm Deletion.
Your account has been deleted! If you change your mind and would like your account recreated, you must go through the process to register again.
For European Union users: If you would like to ensure that all of your data has been fully removed from Virbela (GDPR), please use the link below to submit a ticket requesting as such.
