Click on the Gear Icon located on the top right of the screen, and then click on "Reinitialize Voice"

If you are still having voice issues, it is possible that your firewall or antivirus may be blocking the IP address for the voice server. Please take a look at our Firewall and Antivirus Whitelist document to make sure you have all required IP's, Ports and Program Files allowed through your firewall and antivirus.
