The presence of an aggregate audio device on a MacOS computer may cause unintended behavior from the Virbela application, such as audio loss or the application crashing/freezing.
We recommend removing the aggregate audio device(s) if you are experiencing unusual behavior while using the application:
- Open the Audio MIDI Setup app
on your Mac. - Select the aggregate audio device in the sidebar of the Audio Devices window.
- Click the Remove button
.
Please close any current Virbela windows before attempting to log back in after removing the aggregate audio device(s).
