Placeable Image Boards
Users with the permission to do so can now create image boards and place them wherever they like in the scene
Creating Placeable Image Boards
Select “Create Imageboard” from the menu off your name
Then move your mouse to place the imageboard where you would like. Placement works like sticky notes
Users must have the Place Images permission to be able to create new images
This permission can be issued through the admin dashboard
Adjust Placeable Image Boards
Right-click on an image board to manage it

Move
- Click this button to change the board's location. The board will follow the cursor Left-click to confirm the board's position

Resize
- Click this button to change the board's size. The board will resize based on the cursor's vertical movement. Left-click to confirm the board size

Delete
- Click this button to remove the board. There is no confirmation dialogue
Users must have the Place Images permission to be able to create new images
This permission can be issued through the admin dashboard
20 placeable image boards are allowed per scene
This limit can be adjusted upon request
Scavenger Hunt Improvements
Change Owl Locations
This Room Setting (Scav Hunt Object Arrangement) allows users to choose between 5 possible sets of owl locations
Users must have the Manage Scavenger Hunt permission to be able to change the owl locations
Changing Owl locations changes them for all users and resets the found count for all users (including those not currently in the world)
Customizable Messages
Right-click on the message that appears above the owl’s head to change the displayed message
Users must have the Text permission to be able to adjust the text on Owl messages
The Scavenger Hunt Facts Customization needs to be enabled and the user must click the owl to find it to display the fact text.
Blimp with Web Boards
A new type of blimp has been added that can play animated gifs and other web-based content
- The Campus Configurable Blimp Webboard configuration will enable a blimp with a Web board on its front and back sides
Board dimensions are 512x128. Gifs with this aspect ratio will fill the available space nicely
If both are enabled, only the Image board based blimp will be visible.
Classroom Updates
Light Control
A light switch is now behind the teacher’s desk, and it will toggle the lights
Stage View
A Stage Zoom button is now available at the bottom of the screen while in the classroom. This focuses the view on the boards and the teacher’s desk at the front of the room
Lounge Updates
Couch visibility and image board visibility have separate controls, allowing for more lounge configurations
- The Wall Configs menu controls the image boards on the walls

Team Suite Updates
The Reception Layout Web boards now have the Preview image functionality
SSO Compatibility
Non-functional Microsoft SSO Authentication Dialogs have been blocked from being displayed
Bug fixes
- The custom Text input field was hard to read on the default color theme
- Fireworks Triggerable Theme could cause fog to take over the Campus scene
- Scavenger Hunt messages didn't appear consistently with a target frame rate of 10fps
- Speech-To-Text (STT): First-time STT users were not able to enable the feature
- The Entry Station tooltip was not readable in the dark theme on the Fast Travel Map
