Edit Mode - Edit Mode added

• Put the world in edit mode, and left-click will edit images and text boards
• Distance checks are removed, and a tooltip is shown over editable boards.

Chat - Improvements to the chat feature

• Added a fun hover state of the Emoji picker button

• Emoji Reaction and Scroll bug fixed
• A previous release caused the Emoji Reaction panel to not show up (and kill scrolling) unless the Emoji picker was also open.
• WebGL (not WebGPU) causing wall of mirrors effect making the world unusable.
• LEFT room events were not saving for a user’s last room when the user disconnected.
