A technical support team member may ask you to provide your Virbela Go browser logs. This article outlines how to obtain your logs when using a Google Chrome browser. 

How to obtain your logs

While the Virbela Go window is open, press Ctrl + Shift + J (Cmd + Option + J).  This will open the developer console. 

Right click anywhere in the Console and select “Save as…”

This will save a .log file to the location of your choosing.
 

Alternate Method

Click the 3 dots menu -→ More tools -→ Developer tools

Select the Console tab

Right click anywhere in the Console and select “Save as…”

This will save a .log file to the location of your choosing.
