Black Screen On Virbela Go

Oh no, sorry to hear you're having issues with Virbela Go, but rest assured, a simple hard refresh can solve most black screen issues. On a Windows computer, hold down Ctrl+F5 (Cmd+F5 on Mac). The page should refresh, and the black screen issue should be resolved. 

Next steps would be to close any additional tabs you may have open. This can free up memory to help the environment load more smoothly. We recommend closing your browser completely and starting over with just the one Virbela Go tab and building from there. 

Finally, try clearing your cache. Click below on your browser to find the steps for clearing your cache. You will need to log in again after clearing the cache.
